I made payment 2 days ago and my phone is still locked. I've been with Rentoza for a year and I've been patient with their incompetence for too long now. Their customer support is useless. I want a refund and they must come collect the device because it's useless right now. I might as well go to PayJoy where they can unlock the phone immediately after payment.
Cell C listed my ID on SAFPS under false allegations of someone trying to open an account using my ID. I’ve gone back and forth with them to have my name removed but still nothing. I’m disgusted because I’ve never even been a customer of Cell C. I never asked to be added to that list.

Cell C LISTED MY ID FOR ***** INVESTIGATION AND WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM ON THEIR 084 777 2515 ***** DEPARTMENT, THERE'S NO ANSWER. I NEED THIS FLAG REMOVED BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT ME. I LOST MY ID SO SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE TRIED THEIR LUCK AND THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT HISTORY.

Why does Nedbank Credit Card appear as a default on my Credit History? I have arranged payment, and made first payment in February. so why am I still seeing default under my name?

My Lewis account has been paid up, but they still show that I have an account with them on my Credit History. I'm also struggling to get a paid-up letter which I have been requesting over and over on email and telephonically. I've tried to call their customer service but no assistance has been provided. I don't know why they have not sent me this letter. Why is it taking so long for Lewis to just send a simple paid-up letter and close this account?
