Incompass in association with Bryte are the best choice for hospitality Insurance
Having been associated with Incompass for over 15 years I have to commend that as the best and most professional insurance partners. They have supported me through thick and thin with the many challanges that a guest house can experience. All the way through from the management team and particually Dianne Jack who is always available to Trudy Venter who handles claims with a speed and proficiency that is unmatched in the industry. Highly recommended for your partners in the B&B and hospitality industry.

Having been associated with Incompass for over 15 years I have to commend that as the best and most professional insurance partners. Insurance
Insurance is there for a reason hence why we all pay it however all the insurance brokers and companies want is for you not to claim. And if you do there are veiled threats and they increase the excesses and decrease opportunities and then say if you move elsewhere you have to disclose that you used 60% of your plumbing this year... GREAT!!! So shall I tell my house it's being naughty and can't have any further issues this year or the insurance will best it with a stick Not the 1st issue with them either still waiting for my refund on excess from a vehicle accident where the driver of the vehicle that hit mine was drunk and fired from the company he worked at the same day but I never received a cent back... The Panelbeaters also also used 2nd hand parts thinking I'm a woman and won't notice... And then replaced the bumper in my opinion that's accepting responsibility... And again nothing wad done.... So a warning if you use BnBSure and Incompass Insurance Brokers You may pay more than is necessary in many ways.

Insurance Broker that does not care.
The worst service from Incompass with insurers, Bryte. After a very traumatic armed robbery, over 2 months later and we are still struggling to get fair compensation for certain items. Incompass run after you to get your business, but don't have a big claim like this - then they are non- existent! Also beware that you get treated like the criminal!!!!

Once again Diane and Trudy have surpassed themselves with prompt settlement for a window pane broken by a guest where our claim was processed and paid within a day, they are the best and a big shout out for there level of service and commitment.
