Ordered a ladies watch and earphones. I received the earphones days ago, but no watch. I have emailed them and got no reply. I have tried Whatsapping them, it doesn't go through. Also, their website has no contact number - which now means I have no watch, have lost my money and my girlfriend isn't receiving her XMas present. My order was supposed to arrive within 4 days, we are now on day 10. XMas around the corner and no word from Watchilly. I am really dissapointed and hate when companies take your money and then ghost you.
