I have gas the most very unprofessional service from this branch it’s tacked me almost two weeks to get an application processed they keep asking for documents which I have long sent , in bits and pieces wasting my time , I will never recommend anyone this has been an unpleasant experience even now their manager nor the consultant are returning my calls??

Hey i bought a Dell laptop at Dion wired in 2018, i registered for an extra year warranty which make it 3 years. I have a problem with my charging block which is nog charging. As you are aware Dion wired has closed its doors so i am unable to get hold of them regarding the warranty.I have tried your call center and searched on google for your contact details without any luck since your landlines are also not working.Please assist how i can get hold off you, i am based in somerset west.

Hey i bought a Dell laptop at Dion wired in 2018, i registered for an extra year warranty which make it 3 years. I have a problem with my charging block which is nog charging. The way I was badly illtreated I bought two connex tablets on different occasion but both the screen crashed and phoned call centre and was told to take them to the shop where I bought them .only to be taken back and front by the technician and manager such that I left them in the shop. I need to be helped as I now want my refund

Very disappointed with poor service and ethics of Incredible connection Sandton City. I was advised to buy a Sony Bravia 75" X80H, I soon realised that it is the worst tv i have ever invented in, Nevertheless I brought back the tv with all its accessories and repacked it. I chose to by a tv thats 12k more expensive than the Sony Bravia, However the manager told me I needed to pay in 15% in on that amount because a piece of the box (polystyrene) was missing. I ended up asking for a refund and paid the 15% of the Sony's R29,000 price which was R4000 and i went to Makro and bought a amazing 82" LG TV. I tried to make the manager understand that het lost a R44,000 and now needs to sell a 2nd hand tv. Most incompitant person and absolutely worst manners i have witnessed in a long time. I hope this review is helpful to some readers to stay away from incredible connection Sandton City and save yourself the disappointment, Time and money. Ruan van Zyl 0796938447

Your website is outdated when it comes to your location, which is so unprofessional. I got lost looking for incredible solutions only to be told by the security guard at Prime Park that you guys no longer operate there ! Yet your website said you did, what are your locations?!

My mother bought me a laptop at Dion Wired for my birthday and we also purchased a memory upgrade. The memory upgrade was done in store. After the memory upgrade the PC started giving blue screen errors so eventually we took it back to the store. We were told it will be send to Incredible Solutions and it should take about three weeks and they will be in contact. Now, months later, we have still not heard anything from anyone. Therefore, without further adieu, if we don't have our money returned by next week this time I will open a case at SAPS and/or get legal assistance. I will also take to social media to precaution other buyers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. In order to even submit this warranty claim, it took 3 hours and hundreds of calls later. Finally when someone called me, I was told my laptop would be collected by RTT couriers. That was Tuesday 3 March. Today is the 11th of March and still no collection has taken place. I have called numerous times to follow-up only to be told that the courier are coming "tomorrow". Still no show. I was told that this was an on-site warranty, and yet I am having to send this computer away. On top of that, Dion Wired have now told me today that I need to DRIVE to take the computer in to the store it was purchased from. I am so confused, an onsite warranty is just that, ON-SITE. My nearest Dion Wired is over 150kms away from me. I only bough this computer from Dion Wired as I was told the warranty was on-site to avoid having to travel to drop it off for repairs. I would not have bought from Dion Wired if I had known about this run around.
