Very disappointed with poor service and ethics of Incredible connection Sandton City. I was advised to buy a Sony Bravia 75" X80H, I soon realised that it is the worst tv i have ever invented in, Nevertheless I brought back the tv with all its accessories and repacked it. I chose to by a tv thats 12k more expensive than the Sony Bravia, However the manager told me I needed to pay in 15% in on that amount because a piece of the box (polystyrene) was missing. I ended up asking for a refund and paid the 15% of the Sony's R29,000 price which was R4000 and i went to Makro and bought a amazing 82" LG TV. I tried to make the manager understand that het lost a R44,000 and now needs to sell a 2nd hand tv. Most incompitant person and absolutely worst manners i have witnessed in a long time. I have been phoning 10210 to speak with the cancellation department regarding my adsl account for more than 2 weeks, I get put on hold for more than 45 min!!! an then i eventually retire the call!!!.<br> <br> They are billing me for an uncapped data package that i have never used, Because they never sent me the Username and Password associated with my account.<br> <br> I am currently using Afri-host as my ISP and i would like to cancel ONLY the DATA side of my account, Not the Line rental or the line speed, ONLY the data!.<br> <br> Please can someone assist me with this.
