I checked in yesterday afternoon and i was given room 520. My room had no phone or remote to the television. I could not contact reception or ask for help. I called their landline from my cellphone and only was answered after 15minutes. After 30minutes, i still had not received any assistance and the phone was not being answered once again.
I walked all the way to reception to go find help. Only to find the 2 gentlemen at reception unoccupied, hotel lobby empty and quiet. So what could be the reason for non-assistance or answering of phones form 5:30pm till 6:15pm..... I was so disappointed in the 2 gentlemen's service. And the high regard i usually have for the facility totally diminished!!!
