I phoned to make a booking on the 26th of April... Booking for the 3rd of June. Spoke to the lady called Nonhlanhla who finalised my bookings and said I will pay when I come to check in.... Called again on the 29th of May just to check if everything was still under controlled and to confirm that I am still coming on the 3rd. Nanad when the 3rd came and when we were about to check in they told me that the accommodation was cancelled because they couldn't reach me on the phone or whatever their reasons were. And I asked them to show me their call history and records that prove that they tried to contact me. Their white ****** manager called Rudi was very rude towards us.... He told us where to get off nabnad that they have no rooms for us. We were from Gauteng and we were stranded at NRB because the unprofessional lodge decided to cancel our booking on the day we were supposed to check in. They are so unprofessional and their manager is a ****** mother****er!
