I placed an order on the 15th of April and till now I have not got my order. No communication whatsoever. Emailed Takealot last week Friday and they promised to deliver yesterday. Sat at home yesterday did not go to work because I was waiting for the order which did not come, and no communication as to why they are not coming. Can't track my order on their app aswel. Emailed them again yesterday to ask what is the cause of delay and I was told they contacted the 3rd party which is Fast and furious deliver and said they will get back to me with the date of delivery. I am sick and tired of this back and forth. I paid my money and now they giving run around. Been reading reviews about this fast and furious delivery and people always complain about the same thing. I do not know why Takealot still works with these unprofessional people after so much complaints about them. I am sick of you all and I regret ever using your service and I will never use it again in my life. ****mers!!!!!!
I have been a member for over 4 years paying their instalments every month without fail but when I made a claim after my ceiling board fell they diclined my claim saying the ceiling was not installed properly. They sent their assessors to come and view it. Took them over a month only for them to decline my claim. They never sent those assessers before they started debiting my money but when it was time to pay they sent those people... Insurances are ****s when they are needed to pay they dig every thing just to find a reason not to pay. I have contacted all people that joined this insurance using my code to cancel it before they found themselves in the same situation as me. I do not recommend this insurance they are ****mers people must stay away from them
My account was debited twice yesterday. Someone was using my card meanwhile the card was with me. An amount of more than 4k went off my account. Tried to phone their ***** department and I was on the line for more than an hour waiting for a consultant to attend me. I am the branch now and they seem not to be able to help me. Most people are complaining with the same thing and I do not know what happened. People you should withdraw your business with this company because it seems like there is some shady business going on here. I want my money back and I want nothing to do with this bank after this!
I have initiated a transfer of funds from STASH to Easy equities a month ago. I have sent Stash all the requirements documents and EasyEquities filled the part and I emailed them but till now they have not sent my money to EasyEquities. When I log in on Stash App the money is gone but they keep on saying the transfer was complete on the 24th of April and they are refusing to send me transfer certificate to send it to EasyEquities as a proof that they transfer the money to them. Been reading the review of these ****mers and everyone encounter the same problem when trying to move funds from them. They are ****mers and I would never recommend them to anyone. I would advise everyone to stay away from these ****ers for their sanity. I am tired of sending follow up emails and calling. Yesterday I called liberty and they promised to call me back which they never did. Which means my money went down the drain with this Satan of a company
I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied about the product I bought from this outlet. I bought mcfeast meal as a take out and when I got home I got the shock of my life. The burger is dry no attempt of sauces or whatsoever. The top ups were scanty I can literally count the letting strips. I only ate fries and had to discard the whole thing. Wasted my R112 rand plus R100 rand I used in a return cab. So disappointed 😭

I phoned to make a booking on the 26th of April... Booking for the 3rd of June. Spoke to the lady called Nonhlanhla who finalised my bookings and said I will pay when I come to check in.... Called again on the 29th of May just to check if everything was still under controlled and to confirm that I am still coming on the 3rd. Nanad when the 3rd came and when we were about to check in they told me that the accommodation was cancelled because they couldn't reach me on the phone or whatever their reasons were. And I asked them to show me their call history and records that prove that they tried to contact me. Their white ****** manager called Rudi was very rude towards us.... He told us where to get off nabnad that they have no rooms for us. We were from Gauteng and we were stranded at NRB because the unprofessional lodge decided to cancel our booking on the day we were supposed to check in. They are so unprofessional and their manager is a ****** mother****er!
Yesterday I ordered via App and selected collect option.... The App gave me error messages as I was about to finish the order twice... I resorted at driving and got the food via drive through only to realise today that the order went through and they deducted my money. Went to Macdonald today and they said they cant help me bacause the order was supposed to be collected yesterday tried to explain that I did not know that the order went through since the App was giving me error messages. Macdonald said I must contact MrD to refund me and now MrD is refusing to refund me please help!!!!!!!
I have request Oyi to close my account in the 17th of April and requested a refund since I have fund on the card. They said it takes 7 days for them to process the refund but till now I have not got my money. Been reading negative reviews about them and been asking them what holding my money and they giving me run arounds
