176 captcha attempts for a job! BUT NO JOB!!!

I have been applying for positions the entire week, last week and this week too. I was met with over 175 recapcha's in order just to apply for the vancant position! and it only got worse!

Now, for those who don't know, the recaptcha is to ensure that you are not a "bot". I THINK INDEED WENT OVER THEIR HEAD WITH THIS ONE! The system was designed for spam, *****, and abuse! where on indeed can this be possible. and 176?!?
