Worst and Most Unfair Insurance Company

In my life I have never come across an insurance that is so unfair, so unreasonable and so unprofessional. We have been struggling to come to a resolution since November 2023. We have been instructed to only deal with their attorneys, who are just as ***********. Their client drove into our stationary car at a shopping mall. We were not at fault at all. The accident was 100% their client’s fault and negligence. Communication is almost non-existent and now we cannot claim through our insurance as our 60 day period is up. We have sent numerous quotes for them to consider. They then came with a cash offer that is almost half the price of the quotes provided to them. We have been trying our best to get a panel beater to match their offer and they all inform us that there is no way. Their assessor has no idea what they are doing. Even their preferred panelbeater has responded with: Clearly this assessor has no clue as to what paint costs today.
