Indlu living is such a mediocre, I have been staying there for almost 2 years never gave any issues when coming to the payments or anything, now I moved out 4 months later I started doing follow ups with my refund they tell me stories that they forfeited my deposit due to that the company went there a paint they’re now charging me for the paint and painting and they painted while I was still staying there it’s their duty to do so now they tell me that I’m the one who has to pay for that..😒😏Amos tells me that he’s not in charge of that I have to talk to someone else when I phone the lady by the name of Holy she gives me an automatic email now she’s no longer taking my calls. And when I go to check the reviews on google lots and lots of people are complaining about their services and they never give the deposit money back which it tells me that the company has issues and a lots of them

I happened to pay my rent on the 6th this month. Yesterday the 30th my electricity got finish and to my surprise I couldn't recharge, I went to the estate take shop and I was told my meter was block. I called indlu and they said I must call the emergency number, I called the number I was then. Referred to the building manager, who even said he was doing me a favour😪. He requested me to send him proof of payment, I did that and he said they said my rental was behind by a month, while I paid on the 6th for July. How do people resort to blocking I essential services without even giving me a written warning, even stating the consequences. It was never stated to me that my meter will be blocked, isn't even lawful since the electricity is prepaid. The care taker said it was all sorted I should buy electricity, I went to the security to recharge and they told me that the care taker said that they shouldn't entertain me and they can't call him because it's late? Is the caretaker not supposed to attend to emergencies even at night? I was even afraid to call because after his called he called I must not call him again, I could call unipin if I'm not mistaken, I should call them on Monday, it is day 2 now without electricity, now I'm even thinking to get a small room and relocation, I have a son I need to care for, how do I Cook. Do I need to call the caretaker even though he said I'm not suppose to?

I am immensely aggrieved by the treament this realtor has given us as first time home buyers. Absolutely no assistance in resolving an issue regarding the stalling of the registration of a bond for us to move into a new property. There have been immense stressors regarding the timely moving in of ourselves and the subsequent search for a school for two pupils within the same area. The realtor understood this yet had little to no regard for this issue.

Soon thereafter the aforementioned realtor blatantly started ignoring our calls and messages and gave no time frame at all as to when the sale would progress. Now he is insulting, rude, vulger, and has walked away with a large sum of our deposit which he has helped himself to.

It can't be, ethically or otherwise that people get ignored and services aren't seen to completion and then the person providing the services gives us a big fat slap in the face and walks away with money that was worked for through immense sacrifice.

Shame on you!!!
