Phenomenal service
“I highly recommend spar in midstream square.” “Their customer service is second to none.” “The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.” “I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service from the kitchen to the till point.” “The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.” “This is my go-to place for ‘cheese rolls, traditional pizza, fruit and veg and so forth ’ - the best in town.” “Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled and the respect you will get from everyone.” “Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money.” “Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service.” I also like the fact that this other white lady was collecting trolleys around the parking lot with one of the trolley collectors and it was late around 6:35 and the was about to start and the lady said to the trolley collector “did we collect all of them?” And the guy was like yes!! She said to the guy “it’s fine go take your bag and go home I will finish up to collect the rest. And since then I have been visiting the store all the managers you will see them collecting trolleys from the parking lot every now and then. What a great culture they have created. I’m overwhelmed

Poor service
You know 2 days back I was just browsing online for shoe and I saw adidas pharrell Williams shoe and I was like this the shoe I have been wanting to get which they don’t keep it at any of the stores it’s only online, I did place an order and the transaction went through I got a confirmation email that my shoe will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. As I’m looking forward to receive my shoe I only received a notification from my bank account to say there is a reversal. As I did not expect that went straight to my adidas app when I open the app under my previous orders it was like “your order was cancelled” 🤔😭😒😏 yhoooo I’m so heart broken and I will never buy at adidas anymore

Indlu living is such a mediocre, I have been staying there for almost 2 years never gave any issues when coming to the payments or anything, now I moved out 4 months later I started doing follow ups with my refund they tell me stories that they forfeited my deposit due to that the company went there a paint they’re now charging me for the paint and painting and they painted while I was still staying there it’s their duty to do so now they tell me that I’m the one who has to pay for that..😒😏Amos tells me that he’s not in charge of that I have to talk to someone else when I phone the lady by the name of Holy she gives me an automatic email now she’s no longer taking my calls. And when I go to check the reviews on google lots and lots of people are complaining about their services and they never give the deposit money back which it tells me that the company has issues and a lots of them
