Unfortunately this company mislead us in every way. A vehicle was on the policy stated manufacture date 2007 but was first registered 2006 and  purchased new... How ***********. Worse they argue and it takes hours to try and rectify as they quote M&M codes managed by transunuion but ignore the VIN which determines the age and manufacture date. Same vehicle was in fact made in Europe in 2002 but sold here in SA in 2006. So they simply *****ulently ***** your elevated premium from you. Note digit 10 in the VIN is the manufacture date. So either they must re word the policy or insure by age correctly. On my policy 3 we're wrong and so far no rebate... Bunch of ****** underwritten by Santam, much the the same philosophy

Try again first =unfair second without correct process third incorrectly debit your policy and fourth lacking moral fibre

The loss of the vehicle was simple, it was insured for third party fire and theft parked and locked in Nieuwoudtville Northern Cape. A telephonic request was made to please insure the vehicle fir my wife's trip back to Pretoria. The car had an accident my wife was injured, the car written off and the response after protracted communication was that I had not asked for fully comprehensive cover in my wording. The refused to pay out. I at that time should hace cancelled my cover but did not, a grave error. This is a company lacking morals and is inherently configured to refute claims and the real risk in the name is doing and business with them.
