Write-off vehicle not yet settled

My vehicle's engine caught fire on 07 January 2026(****001*007), until to date, no feedback from Indwe-Brooklyn and the sad part is that I'm without a vehicle and I'm still paying both the bank and the very same insurance (R3204). I request urgent clarification on: * Why multiple(3) assessors were appointed * The current status of my claim * Immediate steps to finalize settlement, given the vehicle has been declared a writ-off
