BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!

If there was a lower rating than one star, I'd put it. I bought a kettle and paid for it in full but it's two months now and I'm being debited!! I've contacted the consultant but I don't know what's so difficult about giving me my refund. I want my money back. Ombudsman is my next step from here. I'm tired of busy chasing the consultant. 8 should be informed about whatever investigation is going on. It's definitely NOT on me to keep checking. This matter must be solved ASAP.

Thank you to Nthabiseng for attending my case as soon as possible. She defeated the consultant I tried to get hold of for 2 weeks and she assisted me in 24 hours. If only companies had more consultants like her. Thank you sisi. Give her a pay raise.
