OMG!!!! it's been a long time since I have been at Spur. Yesterday I had the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce and it BLEW me away 🔥💃😀 apart from that, the corn was beyond amazing. It's a huge step from the veg combination they had before. I was at Spur Davenport, Durban. 10 out of 10!!!
TERRIBLE! I REQUESTED MY REFUND AFTER RETURNING THE PRODUCT TWICE! NOW NO ONE IS PICKING UP MY CALLS AND RESPONDING TO EMAILS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, I'M SO DISAPPOINTED. The only good thing that came out of this was a great, kind and humble consultant called Nthabiseng Mabetha. The first time I had issues, she assisted me in less than 48hrs with a problem I had been complaining about for weeks. Such a amazing person is too good for such a horrible company. Can I have my money IMMEDIATELY. #veryangry
Got help from a great consultant after having a bad experience but I'm feeling better now. Thanks to Nthabiseng.
If there was a lower rating than one star, I'd put it. I bought a kettle and paid for it in full but it's two months now and I'm being debited!! I've contacted the consultant but I don't know what's so difficult about giving me my refund. I want my money back. Ombudsman is my next step from here. I'm tired of busy chasing the consultant. 8 should be informed about whatever investigation is going on. It's definitely NOT on me to keep checking. This matter must be solved ASAP.
I have been with this insurance for a while now. I was lured with having benefits that seemed to good to be true and I left an insurance that was good to me. Little did I know I was walking into oblivion!!! I can see their ads on TV and online but be careful what you're promised. I wish I could take back the hands of time 🤦♀️🤦♀️😠😠😠😠😠
If there was a star below 1 I'd pick it. What I went through last night was frustrating!!!! I had a bad seizure IN PUBLIC I woke up in a public bathroom at a mall. Cut story short, they refused authorisation for me to be admitted. Reason: they told the Docs I haven't been on the plan for a long time 😤😧 yet my recent admission was in late August and another one in June, both to private hospital for different reasons. I ended up having to go home. I came to Bonitas running from another med aid only to find myself in this mess.
I can't seem to have access to the app and I feel powerless over my insurance. I only can open the other app with the tracker but the main app just opens and stays blank (blue). I've deleted and reinstalled and refreshed and restarted my phone until I got tired. What do I do?
I can't convey much now because I just signed up but my consultant, Thapelo was great. A gentleman, respectful, patient and answered all my questions. He definitely deserves a raise. Thanks Thapelo

I am experiencing a ***** case and I've been asking mtn for help and I'm being turned left right and centre and also dealing with rude consultants. I've had enough. My next step is Ombudsman. This is ridiculous 😠😠
