I was assisted by a lady named Riana when I purchased a vehicle from Infinite Auto Gezina. While the initial sales process was smooth—of course, they were eager to take my money—the service has been absolutely appalling ever since the deal was done.
It has now been three months since I bought the car, and I still haven’t received proper support or follow-up. They do not answer calls, they ignore WhatsApp messages, and even trying to call the branch directly leads nowhere—the phone line doesn’t even work. This is completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one dealing with motor vehicles.
To make things worse, they are still holding on to my car’s license disk, claiming they already gave it to me—which they did not. I am currently driving with a license disk that expired in the fourth month of this year. That’s completely ******* and dangerous, and it shows a total lack of responsibility on their part.
They also failed to send me the full Dekra PDF file as I requested, and I still haven’t received a copy of the contract I signed. On top of all that, the car is already giving me problems, and I can’t get a single person to come back to me to assist.
I would never recommend Infinite Auto to anyone. Once the sale is done, they disappear and leave you on your own. The experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Avoid them at all costs.
