Excellent service. Viwe assisted me. He's a knowledgeable sales person and was in a position to assist with all my questions and to get the perfect vehicle I was looking for. He guided me through all the processes, kept me updated and managed to make the buy an easy and effertless process. Even when I had issues with the noise in my car he said I must bring the car back so that fix it. Great service ever

Excellent service. Viwe assisted me. He's a knowledgeable sales person and was in a position to assist with all my questions and to get the perfect vehicle I was looking for. He guided me through all the processes, kept me updated and managed to make the buy an easy and effertless process. Even when I had issues with the noise in my car he said I must bring the car back so that fix it. Great service ever

"Once They Have Your Money, You’re on Your Own"
I was assisted by a lady named Riana when I purchased a vehicle from Infinite Auto Gezina. While the initial sales process was smooth—of course, they were eager to take my money—the service has been absolutely appalling ever since the deal was done. It has now been three months since I bought the car, and I still haven’t received proper support or follow-up. They do not answer calls, they ignore WhatsApp messages, and even trying to call the branch directly leads nowhere—the phone line doesn’t even work. This is completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one dealing with motor vehicles. To make things worse, they are still holding on to my car’s license disk, claiming they already gave it to me—which they did not. I am currently driving with a license disk that expired in the fourth month of this year. That’s completely ******* and dangerous, and it shows a total lack of responsibility on their part. They also failed to send me the full Dekra PDF file as I requested, and I still haven’t received a copy of the contract I signed. On top of all that, the car is already giving me problems, and I can’t get a single person to come back to me to assist. I would never recommend Infinite Auto to anyone. Once the sale is done, they disappear and leave you on your own. The experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Avoid them at all costs.

Wow 🤩 I just had to come and share my amazing experience at Infinity Auto. In particular Abdullah. This sales agent honestly went out of his way to get me my dream car. Even after had given up hope, Abdullah pressed on and his dedication secured me my new baby. AB, another well done and THANK YOU from the depth of my heart. Amazing dealership
I had the the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. My salesman Abdullah was absolutely fantastic, hats down to you for all you did man. The rest of the team were also very helpful. I flew down from durban to purchase my vehicle and I have no regrets. These gentlemen are truly helpful and are so respectful. Absolutely fantastic experience. Do not hesitate to buy from Infiniti Auto in Boksburg!

Amazing dealership

Infinite auto solutions sandton(Eric Dlamini) are ****mers
19February 24 I hot la contract of employment from a guy called Eric Dlamini to sign for a vacancy for social media advertising agent that stipulated that I was on probation . I then helped him get leads and advertised cars on different social media platforms.then on the contract it was stated that will get a rain sim card on the 25 of my payday (25 March) get paid on the 25 but that never happened today it's the 25 his not answering my calls and the infinite number office numbers on their website (Sandton)is not working.so I take it I was ****med! So guys never accept any employment from these people they are ****mers

Best Service/Best Salesman
I got the best service from a gentlemen named Viwe Pobana at Infinity Auto Gezina, never have I seen a sales person that actually goes out of their way to make sure their clients get the best deal. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. 11/10 service rating
