Useless when wil you give us our money's worth.
You are genuinely being misled when signing up for WiFi with RAIN. The service works acceptably for the first month. I am approximately 80 meters from the tower, yet the connection is completely unusable. This is unacceptable by any reasonable standard. I strongly advise that you think twice before choosing RAIN — or better yet, do not consider them at all. You will receive a more reliable connection by purchasing mobile data and using your phone as a hotspot. In my experience, it delivers better performance and is likely more cost-effective as well.

"Once They Have Your Money, You’re on Your Own"
I was assisted by a lady named Riana when I purchased a vehicle from Infinite Auto Gezina. While the initial sales process was smooth—of course, they were eager to take my money—the service has been absolutely appalling ever since the deal was done. It has now been three months since I bought the car, and I still haven’t received proper support or follow-up. They do not answer calls, they ignore WhatsApp messages, and even trying to call the branch directly leads nowhere—the phone line doesn’t even work. This is completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one dealing with motor vehicles. To make things worse, they are still holding on to my car’s license disk, claiming they already gave it to me—which they did not. I am currently driving with a license disk that expired in the fourth month of this year. That’s completely ******* and dangerous, and it shows a total lack of responsibility on their part. They also failed to send me the full Dekra PDF file as I requested, and I still haven’t received a copy of the contract I signed. On top of all that, the car is already giving me problems, and I can’t get a single person to come back to me to assist. I would never recommend Infinite Auto to anyone. Once the sale is done, they disappear and leave you on your own. The experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Avoid them at all costs.

Useless really Useless
Just useless really. Don't care if it's not Pic n Pay ASAP but it's still your ****. I put in an order at 17:00 it's now 19:22 sit haven't received my order. I called in and waited 26 minutes. When te person answered the phone. Thy put me on hold. No wonder you wait so long for someone to answer the phone. This is just really up to ****. Now I lost my money and my kids keep asking me what thy are eating tonight. Now what do I say to them ?

Useless
Useless. I can't do anything on this WIFI. Don't even know why I still have it. You told me you are working on the towers in my area of the last 3 months now. How long can it take. I can't do anything wit this WIFI I have to use my mobile data. Can't get my work done nothing. I can't even log in to your app wit your WIFI. How USELESS!!

Disappointment
REGRET ! DISAPPOINTED ! DISCUSTED ! Isn't the right word to use I can't even use your useless wifi to leave a review If I can rate you into a minus I would. Quick to take my money but can't even use it to make a phone call and let me know theres something wrong with the network. For the Last few months I can't use the wifi it's useless to me when trying to reach out like the usual I get nothing in return. I WANT TO CANCEL!

Horrible service
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS IVE EVER COME ACROSS IF I COULD RATE THEM A 0 IT WOULD BE -0 ALL i wanted was help with the online application that keeps on througing out errors ... Ive been trying to apply for almost a week for a Playstation I called and the people was so rude keeps cutting the call transferring me without giving me a chance to even finish my sentence NOT ONCE did they even try to phone back and ive used all the help lines they have , when I used the whatsapp helpline they told me my credit is to low without even asking for my details and non of my details went through for them to even justify it and they didnt even try to assist me in any way.
