I got the best service from a gentlemen named Viwe Pobana at Infinity Auto Gezina, never have I seen a sales person that actually goes out of their way to make sure their clients get the best deal. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. 11/10 service rating

<p>This serves to notify of these sales people at Imperial Hyundai Constantia Kloof. I've had the worst experience & service from them, namely Darren Naidoo (Used car sales Manager) , Stanley Khosa (Salesman) & Tienie Potgiter (Dealer Principal)</p> <p> I purchased the car from the dealership & picked the car up on date : 06/05/2017 (Friday) the vehicle was faulty with the clutch & gearbox & returned the car on 08/05/2017.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> I told Stanley Khosa (salesman) about the problem & he promised to get it fixed. After a week with no updates or feedback I was called to pick up the vehicle on the 11/05/2017 by Stanley Khosa the car only drove for a day & the next day I got stuck with the same problem & the vehicle was towed to the dealership on 13/05/2017. I also spoke to Darren Naidoo over the phone a he shouted that he wont cancel the deal & didn't want to fight with me angrily (who said anything about fighting). Since I wasn't getting anywhere with Darren I sent an email & spoke to the DP Tienie Potgiter advising that I wanted to cancel the deal. He only said he would check & I have not had any feedback from him since 24/05/2017. I have been calling & leaving messages for him since & also called on his phone & landline. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I was called to the dealership by Stanley Khosa again on 31/05/2017, this being the 4th time the car was still not fixed with gears 1 & 2 not working properly. I spoke to Darren Naidoo that told me he would send the car to VW and a specialist would fix it & the car would be fixed by 06/06/2017. On 05/06/2017 I called the dealership looking for Darren Naidoo & Tienie They were nowhere to be found. with the deadline being tuesday no one called since. </p> <p>I have just gone to the dealership now to drop off the courtesy car & Darren Naidoo told me to my face that he will not cancel the deal & I must go to the dealer ombudsman to report it.</p> <p>He was actually telling me that he would what he wants & there's nothing I can do with about it. the deadline for the car was tuesday & I was told the car would go to VW & still it didn't. </p> <p>I have had the worst experience with the dealership & those people & urge people never to purchase vehicles from this dealership with the arrogance of the used car sales manager who had the nerve to tell there's nothing I can do about it.</p>
