The very time you want to test the business integrity and honesty is when a client encounters a mechanical issue with the product delivered by a business and that case INFINITE AUTO GEZINA has distanced themselves from issues brought forward by the client yet they were very happy to take the money.

Title: Faulty Vehicle, Misrepresentation and Ongoing Inconvenience – Infinite Auto Gezina I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience with Infinite Auto. In June 2025, I purchased what was advertised and sold to me as a Volkswagen Golf 1.4 TSI Trendline. However, after taking delivery of the vehicle it became clear that the vehicle is actually a Comfortline and not a Trendline as represented at the time of sale. I am extremely unhappy about this clear misrepresentation of the vehicle. Within only 8 days of purchasing the vehicle it started showing serious mechanical issues including oil leaks, oil pressure warnings, engine and EPC warning lights, as well as loss of power. The vehicle has been taken back to the dealership several times for repairs. Each time their mechanic claims the problem has been fixed, yet the same issues keep returning. It is clear that the vehicle has not been properly repaired. As a result, I have spent more time taking the vehicle back and forth to the dealership than actually enjoying the car. This has caused major inconvenience and has also cost me additional money for fuel, time, and disruption to my daily routine. I am also extremely disappointed with the service I received from a staff member named Viwe. At the beginning he made promises that if the vehicle could not be fixed properly he would escalate the matter to the Dealer Principal and ensure that I receive another vehicle. However, he has since become arrogant and unhelpful and even refused to provide me with the contact details of the Dealer Principal or the owners when I requested them. To make matters worse, the vehicle warranty now has only about two months left before it expires, yet the vehicle is still experiencing the same unresolved mechanical problems. This vehicle was financed through Standard Bank and I hope the bank can also intervene as the financed vehicle is clearly defective and the matter has not been resolved by the dealership. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. All I am asking for is a fair solution: either properly repair the vehicle and ensure all issues are permanently fixed, or replace the vehicle if they are unable to fix it. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to be very cautious.
