Paying THOUSANDS for a car that has a clear factory defect. Clear coat is flaking, car is under warranty . Audi centre Durban is not even attending to an assessment of any sort, no communication at all! Actually embarrassed dltp drive this car now as people are in disbelief that this even an Audi
Waiting for communication regarding an assessment of my vehicle where the paint work is flaking but no one is doing so. This is a clear defect and needs to be looked at but it seems I have to beg them to do it. Paying THOUSANDS to drive a car which I'm actually now embarrassed to drive as people are in disbelief that this is Audi.. Total disappointment right now !
I have a business account and these guys are pathetic at customer service. U can never get ahold of them on the business line, the bankers don't return your calls or respond to your mails. They have locked my business account and I am losing revenue while they're earning interest on it. Take your business accounts elsewhere, not Standard bank it'll be the biggest mistake!!
These guys have had our car & money for the last 6 weeks , the director Wayne has no customer centricticy what so ever, he cut the call while talking to him. They have increased our quote yet the blunder is on their side? They lost our bumper then found the bumper then can change the car color then can't change the color but want us to pay 8000 more with the stuff up!
