My gran is 86 years old, she's been trying to cancel her contract and data subscription. We have been directed that this can only be done via the call center. The call center is not willing to help, I have said to them that my gran is 86 years old, and barely able to hear. Yet they are unable to assist an elderly pensioner. What is this??? Cell C needs to provide an answer for this as this is unacceptable and pathetic. I want this resolved immediately. I am,writing this on behalf of my granny. You have caused my gran many tears Cell C
Please stop harassing me. As I said, you did not follow through with our agreement to keep me clear on the credit beauro while I make payments, so there is no need for me to honor my payments. To anyone reading this, don't male payments to MBD. They never honor their word. They only run after payments
We had a written agreement, that once I start making payments I will be listed as 'up to date' on the credit bureaus. My ID number is 8309175072088. Kindly honur your written agreement to me that was sent via email that I would show as 'up to date' once I start making payments. It was updated two days ago and it is showing as one month in arrears. That was not our agreement.
These people are the rudest ****s I have ever come across. They keep putting the phone down on me when I am the one calling to make a payment arrangement. Typical south africa behavior. MBD you guys suck. The least you can do is teach your usless consultants some professional courtesy. Oh wait, you know nothing about being courteous.
