They take the extra mile serious. 🤩
Out of this world experience 🤩 Wow 🤩 I just had to come and share my amazing experience at Infinity Auto. In particular Abdullah. This sales agent honestly went out of his way to get me my dream car. Even after had given up hope, Abdullah pressed on and his dedication secured me my new baby. AB, another well done and THANK YOU from the depth of my heart. Amazing Dealership
I had the the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. My salesman Abdullah was absolutely fantastic, hats down to you for all you did man. The rest of the team were also very helpful. I flew down from durban to purchase my vehicle and I have no regrets. These gentlemen are truly helpful and are so respectful. Absolutely fantastic experience. Do not hesitate to buy from Infiniti Auto in Boksburg!

Amazing Dealership
I had the the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. My salesman Abdullah was absolutely fantastic, hats down to you for all you did man. The rest of the team were also very helpful. Worst dealership
I bought a car for cash in June 2024. Was then told the car would remain with them as they would take care of RWC and would also buff and polish the car to remove light scratches. I was told about 10 days later I could collect the car although not yet registered in my name or RWC done. I noticed the scratches were still there and power steering not working, car was still drivable though. The manager assured me I would need to bring the car back for them to have RWC done and will then buff and polish. Well, surprisingly I was called a couple days later that I can collect registration papers. The car had been for RWC and registered in my name by them. The car was in my possession when they had RWC done, meaning the car was not legally done. The power steering was still not working. Logically RWC cannot be legal if power steering is inoperable. After numerous times to contact them by all means, I am being ignored. I need the RWC certificate and the Natis document. Having RWC and registration done by them was part of the deal.

Substandard Cars
I am writing the review on behalf of my father Mr Samual Potgieter that is a pensioner and not healthy. My father bought a Audi A4 Multitronic 2015 model for R139 000 on 23 March 2024 cash at infiniti Auto Boksburg. The sales person was Mr Abdoul. The car had a problem from the day, my Father bought it, it started with the car making a strange noise on their way back from the garage. Thereafter it struggled to start and drive. The garage never informed my father about any engine problems. The Garage were informed of the issues on numerous occasions informing my father that they will get back to them which was never done. My father had a few mechanics to come have a look and parts where bought which resulted in around R40 000 being spend to get the car fixed which only helps for a few days then the car does not want to start again, every time diagnosic testing are done to get the fault that costs money. I will not advice anyone to buy any cars the garage as they do not care about their customers buying cash or selling them substandard cars. According to me, the consumer law artikel 41, protects consumers, especially when buying pre-owned vehicles. consumers have specific rights. These rights includes receiving a vehicle of good quality, in working order, and being informed if the vehicle has undergone any reconstruction and so forth. My father was not informed of anything regarding the engine of the vehicle or that it had any problems whatsoever.

Worse service from a dealership. 0- 10 if I could give 0 starts I would.
The dealership advertised a 2015 Renault sander step way, as super clean, FSH at a decent price so sounded like the perfect car. Purchased the vehicle cash and the moment I arrived home it was noted that the aircon has stopped working, there was a error on the dashboard, I couldn’t even fill my vehicle with fuel as when I did the WHOLE interior reeked of fuel, I just had my first child born and couldn’t even put my child in the vehicle as it was not safe for anyone. The vehicle did not even have a service book!!!! They informed me they will get me a new one from the agents. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I then took the vehicle to the ombudsman who instructed the dealership to uplift my vehicle and sort out the issues and the dealership point blank refuses to do it. I have now escalated the matter through to the NCC where I am waiting for assistance with my case. Sales man Bilal is not helpful at all and NEVER replies to any emails or messages. This is terrible service and they blatantly **** to me.

Awesome experience at infiniti auto boksburg
I've been looking for a reliable bakkie for several months now. It's been quite a schlepe finding the right one. Then i came across infiniti auto boksburg ad on my device. So I called one of the salesman whose name is zee and he answered his phone in the first ring. He immediately sent me his location and credentials to his company. Upon reaching the dealership the vehicle which I was interested in which was a 2014 Toyota hilux was ready for me to test drive. Vehicle was in the exact condition which zee explained to me. The deal was done so smoothly and efficiently. The license and registration process was done within two hours. I had all my documents with me as I was leaving the dealership. Process was very fast. I couldn't believe buying a car would be that simple. The manager bilal was very accommodating, while waiting for the license and registration he even bought me lunch. I would recommend anyone whose looking to purchase a cash vehicle who requires excellent and efficient service.

They are ****mers, they sell you a car that will drive 5km and breakdown after they sold yoy.. Then they will say if they are to repair.. It will be on your expense.. Imagine not even spending an hour with the car you purchased from then
