Horrendous Service

Infinity realty is such a fitting name considering the Infinite difficulties that I have been facing with them. They have assisted me in finding and placing a tenant at the start of July 2021 and a negotiated rate was agreed upon for the placement. It was further agreed that I would receive my payment on 5 July 2021 due to admin staff not being available over the weekend, after numerous follow ups and calls, I finally received payment on 8 July 2021 for the incorrect value!!

Mr Muhammad Shah was copied on all correspondence and I am yet to receive the correct value due to me. I have sent Mr Shah an email to contact me and resolve this amicably but I await his call and resolution of this issue to date.

I can understand incompetent staff but the lack of communication and eagerness to resolve this issue has forced me to write this review.

I would definitely not do business with them again!!!
