Bunch of crooks.
Please keep your sanity and stay away from this company, they will make you cry for your deposit, which after a year I am still waiting for. The owner ****a left the country so be careful when dealing with them, don't expect them to return your deposit.

Very unprofessional and worst agents
I would like to also voice my feedback on this agency- Infinity realty. The Agents we have dealt with don't follow any proper communications and are very unprofessional and can threaten the tenant when followed up for refund. Very bad with the incoming and outgoing procedures during the move and absolutely horrible with the service maintenance. Please be very cautious of these crooks.

Fantastic Service
Infinity Realty Group made buying a property an absolute breeze. The Estate Agent was very helpful and guided me step by step through the whole process. Going out of her way to accommodate me and assist us. During pandemic listed and sold under two weeks, Big Ups! for Infinity.

Horrendous Service
Infinity realty is such a fitting name considering the Infinite difficulties that I have been facing with them. They have assisted me in finding and placing a tenant at the start of July 2021 and a negotiated rate was agreed upon for the placement. It was further agreed that I would receive my payment on 5 July 2021 due to admin staff not being available over the weekend, after numerous follow ups and calls, I finally received payment on 8 July 2021 for the incorrect value!! Mr Muhammad Shah was copied on all correspondence and I am yet to receive the correct value due to me. I have sent Mr Shah an email to contact me and resolve this amicably but I await his call and resolution of this issue to date. I can understand incompetent staff but the lack of communication and eagerness to resolve this issue has forced me to write this review. I would definitely not do business with them again!!!

Good experience
My experience with infinity realty has been different. I've dealt with Sakhile in Capetown rental based she has been helpful hopefully l will move into a new house soon,If you are looking for a good rental agent who goes the extra mile,Sakhile is your agent.

Great Service for Years
If you do a Google review on Infinity Realty Group, it does not look good. My experience has been different. I've dealt with Mandla from the rental side for years and he has helped me out and always found reliable tenants. If you are looking for a rental agent who goes the extra mile, do contact Mandla.

I have had such a horrible experience renting through Infinity. They never respond to emails to maintain the property. They do not give proper notice as to when your lease will expire and they do not refund your deposit after a clear inspection has been done. Taking them to the Rental Housing Tribunal.
