Took a cell c contract out recently. They are debiting the wrong amount from my account. I raised a complaint on their website and phoned them numerous times to follow up on my reference number - 1090103644 for over a week now with no reply. In a pandemic they are very quick to take people's hard earned money but don't bother to resolve issues. Pathetic

My wife has been trying to update her policy details. After many calls, neing forwarded from one department to another, wasted airtime, dropped calls and no callbacks for 3 days, old mutual has yet to help. old mutual is not what it used to be

Trying to help my pensioner father sort out his claim. Apparently a claims form is needed but nothing was sent by momentum when the claim was registered. when i called momentum for help, i was forwarded many times before a lady cut the call.
I bought my TV online and requested that I pick it up when they have stock. A week later they offered to deliver to my home for free. Hirsch online made my life so much easier by delivering for free.
my partners car went in for repairs. there was issues after the car was picked up. now the back speakers don't work. strange how it worked before and now it doesn't. waiting for renew it to call
My partner switched banks. FNB *****ed up all the debit orders and none of them went through because it was their fault but they won;t admit it. Now mat partner has to phone every provider and make sure the debit orders go off. Such a massive inconvenience. FNB is doing nothing to sort the issue out!
i bank with FNB. Asked my partner to switch banks, what a BIG mistake. Process was slow and stressful because FNB are NOT EFFICIENT in switching banks. All my partners debit orders did not go through because FNB did not inform my partner that she was not FICA compliant. What a disgraceful pathetic bank.
Hired a car via FNB ebucks. Paid for it via FNB ebucks. When I returned the car i received an invoice to pay a further amount. When I called Avis customer care they said that the amount was for petrol but when I received the car I was told i receive 200kms free per day which i did not go over. Sad to say that it feels like a rip off. Be careful and read the fine print.
