I purchased a couch and 2 tub chairs from the Greenstone branch in November 2021 and took delivery around February 2022 (as it is made to order). In essence, the material that I chose for the couch is of sub-standard quality and developed lint ***** around 2 months after delivery. I made contact with the store on numerous occasions and unfortunately never kept details of calls and people spoken with as the perception is that this is a premium brand and my concern would be resolved. The representative asked me to purchase a lint shaver and shave the ***** off. Fast forward to current day and I have asked for the couch to be picked up and re-upholstered of which I was happy to pay for any price difference in materials but I was told that this is IMPOSSIBLE. The consultant also mentioned that I should purchase a vacuum cleaner and steamer to use on the couch as this will help as this is a common occurrence with most of their products- I did not purchase a premium product to be investing in additional appliances due to substandard material used and would of been more than happy to purchase leather or other options had I been informed of the poor quality of materials used. In short - I will NEVER purchase any Coricraft items again due to principle and lack of customer service as I have asked for my complaint to be escalated and I still await the company to make contact 2 months later.
Infinity realty is such a fitting name considering the Infinite difficulties that I have been facing with them. They have assisted me in finding and placing a tenant at the start of July 2021 and a negotiated rate was agreed upon for the placement. It was further agreed that I would receive my payment on 5 July 2021 due to admin staff not being available over the weekend, after numerous follow ups and calls, I finally received payment on 8 July 2021 for the incorrect value!! Mr Muhammad Shah was copied on all correspondence and I am yet to receive the correct value due to me. I have sent Mr Shah an email to contact me and resolve this amicably but I await his call and resolution of this issue to date. I can understand incompetent staff but the lack of communication and eagerness to resolve this issue has forced me to write this review. I would definitely not do business with them again!!!
<p>So we gave written notice and all compiled with all requirements for cancelling my mobile contract in May 2016, go back 2 months later as this was still not cancelled and hand in and fill out forms once again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Numerous calls have been made to the call center and their reason for not cancelling the contract is because of data usage (so my contract can't be cancelled because I'm using the data I've paid for????!!!)</p> <p> </p> <p>5 months later and this contract is still active, it may come with additional benefits but I'd pay 10 times more to get some sort of customer service.</p>
