Customer service from Infodocs is shocking. With this level of service they really cannot expect customers to sign up and pay to use their product/service. Thankfully I cancelled by subscription and my card expired so I no longer have to pay them. They are yet to establish credibility and ignoring customer inquiries is not the way to do that. I have had to follow up on inquiries multiple times due to not receiving any response from Infodocs. The last one was submitted on 13/03/2024 and I followed up on 26/03/2024. Till date, nobody has responded to it. Thanks Infodocs, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere since you clearly don't need/want it.
