Customer service from Infodocs is shocking. With this level of service they really cannot expect customers to sign up and pay to use their product/service. Thankfully I cancelled by subscription and my card expired so I no longer have to pay them. They are yet to establish credibility and ignoring customer inquiries is not the way to do that. I have had to follow up on inquiries multiple times due to not receiving any response from Infodocs. The last one was submitted on 13/03/2024 and I followed up on 26/03/2024. Till date, nobody has responded to it. Thanks Infodocs, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere since you clearly don't need/want it.
Have been trying to arrange for a reroute on a renewal card for 2 weeks. Every time I speak to Sibusiso at card division, he "reroutes" the card but today I spoke to a different consultant only to be advised the card was never rerouted. In the meantime my business card is expiring soon and I keep receiving messages to collect my card from Cresta even after numerous requests to deliver this to my home.
Shocking customer service. Firstly, they take forever to ship an order. Then the courier doesn't even try to deliver the parcel on the day it is out for delivery. Instead, he returns to the depot with the parcel claiming there was no one to accept the delivery. Absolute lie! We watched you stop, and leave on the CCTV. You didn't even ring the bell. Follow up emails are ignored. When calling to follow up, staff has attitude and also lies about trying to make contact to reschedule delivery. Absolute fail, Absolute Pets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hired this individual, who advertises his business on the Northcliff community page, to do some minor maintenance works around my apartment. It entailed fixing taps, plugs, replacing a window, sealing around basins, adding shelves in wardrobes and replacing 1 kitchen unit. He started the works on April 2nd. Didn't finish and came back the following Monday, only after having had harsh words with him, as he tried to get out of finishing on this day. Still he didn't finish the work. Came back that Friday afternoon and again Saturday morning with more excuses of why he couldn't finish the job. Since then, he has been avoiding my calls. I have paid this man in full for a job he has yet to finish. The small things he have done, is of poor quality and I will have to get someone to redo it. Furthermore I'm stuck with an unfinished kitchen unit. What an amateur and a conman!
After receiving a phone call from the TV Licences offices late last year, telling me that I have an overdue account to settle, I requested them to send me a copy of the account, as I never received it and am entitled to a written account as a consumer. The arrogance displayed as a notice letter is shoved down my throat passed my confused face when I asked if this couldn't be the last trip whilst starring at her two regular passengers for which it is clear that Algoa Bus no longer cares about it's customers getting their destination in time. I took the 6:10 bus just now on Friday 05/06/2015 n no notification letters where distributed. Maybe if I had a poplar tribe name (isiduko) I would have been notified in time or even given a lift to the nearest taxi rank...Thank you very much Mr. Duze n your Algoa bus company.
