After hour technician unable to help because they are not informant of their PC

My wifi has been out for more than 6 hours, I called the after hour technician and I was informed that he is not infront of his PC at the moment. If one is working after hours, you would expect them to have their PC with wherever they go while on duty.

I am really disappointed at this service and would not recommend this ISP.
