My wifi has been out for more than 6 hours, I called the after hour technician and I was informed that he is not infront of his PC at the moment. If one is working after hours, you would expect them to have their PC with wherever they go while on duty. I am really disappointed at this service and would not recommend this ISP.

I have been with many service providers and I move a lot. Normally the service with most is okay. But this is the ONLY ISP that I HAVE to call out, as the WORST ISP I have ever dealt with by FAR. Number 1: They Promised me that I will have internet even during loadshedding, if I have solar or a UPS. This was a LIE. After I mentioned that this was not the case, and I still do not have internet, they basically blamed my complex because now my complex needs to get UPSs for their connections as well. Number 2: From what I see and gather, this is not really a pure 100% end to end FIbre connection. It is kind of like Fibre to the node, that sort of thing. So when they say they selling Fibre, take that with a pinch of salt. It is kind of like signal to a microwave tower in the complex and from that tower they run fibre to the house, not saying this is exactly what they do, but just giving an analogy, basically the set up they gave me it is not what most people think Fibre is. In my opinion it should not be called fibre at all.

I had no joy with the service provided from Infraplex from the moment I joined them. The connectivity is horrible and I’ve spent the past two days without internet connection. Last week when I experienced the same issue I was told someone would call me but no one did. Yet again same issue but no one at Infraplex bothers to assist. I urge you, do not take up a subscription with Infraplex. DONT.

Extremely Bad coverage, no has sense of accountability from the company to take responsibility. Despicable customer service. I have been out on and off line for months every week I’m disconnected. I’ve called the call centre and the owner of the company Mr Duncan can’t take responsibility. With this kind of service the maximum this company will last is 5 years. Mr Ducan since you can’t respond to my email or my messages. Please cancel the contract on your side instead of taking money from clients and provide them with despicable service. Kindly get back to my email regarding you refunding me for a service never rended. To anyone wanting to take up this service provider think twice, it wont be smooth sailing.

Don’t ever let this company obtain a contract for your complex. What they advertise as “Fibre” is actually just a wireless connection at the end of the day and it shows, poor speeds, frequent disconnections. If this is the only Fibre option at your disposal, rather go with a proper wireless provider and save yourself the hassle of trying to contact this business which has 1 star customer service.

I’m extremely annoyed at Infraplex support service and turnaround times, my internet connectivity has been offline since Thursday! I’ve logged numerous tickets and contacted the support line daily since Thursday and the response is that they will investigate and get back to me which they never do! I’m not happy with the extremely poor service I’m getting. I’m at a point where I just want to cancel my contract and get a internet service provider who actually care about their customers. This is ridiculous and bad customer service I truly regret taking up their internet connectivity!

Thee worst service ever!We have been contacting company from last week using our airtime missing out on work due to the lack of service we are receiving from this company. If you know you cannot assist please advise than having us call you every two hour needing to speak to Nigel who is a manger but never available from last week its been the same story till today. Just to April the receptionist but clearly communication in this company is not good !
