I had thee worst experience with this company. In December, I put down a deposit for a machine. I was quite displeased with the fact that once the purchase was done, the agent called Reece had used a language with his colleague that I didn’t understand but the entire time he was speaking to us in English. Fast forward to January, a health related issue arises and my husband and I could not continue with the deal. We enquire with Reece regarding cancellation, then he says we cannot be refunded because the invoice was valid for 7 days. I debunk his claims based on the invoice I had received from him stating that “in the event of a cancellation, 35% would be subtracted by the company”. Then his so called finance department would call me and send me an emailing regarding this. In the email, they were now acknowledging their terms on their contract but to my surprise they inform me that the 35% is on the overall amount. However, their contract does not stipulate in detail what the word “event” means. It’s not explained in detail and according to the dictionary this means when an activity takes place. The audacity this woman has to type on an email that we owe them R1300 but they are willing to wave it to cancel. Please bear in mind that we did not receive any equipment from these people. So they took our money and had different stories for why this money could not be refunded.
I had no joy with the service provided from Infraplex from the moment I joined them. The connectivity is horrible and I’ve spent the past two days without internet connection. Last week when I experienced the same issue I was told someone would call me but no one did. Yet again same issue but no one at Infraplex bothers to assist. I urge you, do not take up a subscription with Infraplex. DONT.
So from the month of June, there has been unrecognised charges on my account from Uber. This is deducted from my account on the first of each month and the amount is R99.99. I informed Uber about this, and I was told they are aware and they can’t tell me anything further about account B. This morning even after deactivating my account with Uber, there was a deduction of R99.99. So far, Uber has debited R500 from my account and I don’t know what for and they are not willing to refund my money and stop these deductions. They just sent me some business template and said absolutely nothing really. Horrible service.
