My wifi has been out for more than 6 hours, I called the after hour technician and I was informed that he is not infront of his PC at the moment. If one is working after hours, you would expect them to have their PC with wherever they go while on duty. I am really disappointed at this service and would not recommend this ISP.
I am disappointed at the service provided. I was involved in a minor accident that required the bumper, grill and aircon condenser to be replaced. I dropped my car off on 8 April 2021. I was initially informed that my car would be ready in 15 days. 15 days passed and no update was given, I reached out to Discovery as Renew-It was not forth coming with information. It has been over a month now and my car is not ready. Based on the tracking system they have on their website, my car sat in panel beating for 3 weeks with no update when I called to enquire. The agent assisting me failed to return any of my calls and the only feedback I got was through Discovery after informing them that the agent is not providing me with any updates. Renew-It is still not done with my car and I have been left stranded as the courtesy car had to be returned. I now have to use Uber at my own cost for an inconvenience caused by Renew-It.
