I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Infussion Financial Services. As an elderly woman, I felt taken advantage of by their misleading practices and poor customer service. After signing up for their debt review services, I quickly realized that they omitted crucial information about the disadvantages of debt review.
When I tried to cancel their services within a few days of signing up, they refused, citing that I needed to pay R10,000 to cancel, as mentioned by their representative Luvuyo. This demand felt like ******ion, and I'm appalled that they're taking advantage of me because of my age. It's unacceptable that they're preying on vulnerable individuals like myself who may not be as fami**** with financial jargon or may be more trusting.
To make matters worse, they've been ignoring my emails and hardly answering my calls. Their customer service is abysmal, and it's clear that they're more interested in holding onto clients than providing quality service.
I want to cancel their policy and have my name removed from their debt review client list. However, they're making it incredibly difficult for me to do so. I urge others, especially seniors, to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Infussion Financial Services. Their practices seem designed to trap clients in contracts, rather than providing genuine assistance.
Advice to others: Be wary of Infussion Financial Services and carefully review any contracts before signing. Don't fall victim to their misleading practices and poor customer service. If you're a senior or vulnerable individual, consider seeking advice from a trusted financial advisor or family member before making any decisions.
Recommendation: Look for alternative financial services that prioritize transparency, customer satisfaction, and respect for all clients, regardless of age or vulnerability.
