I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, who recently had a distressing experience with DebtSolutions Co. As an elderly woman, she was taken advantage of by their misleading practices and poor customer service. After signing up for debt review services, my mother quickly realized she wasn't fully informed about the disadvantages. When she tried to cancel, she faced resistance and was told she needed to pay R10,000. The representatives, Sham and Luvuyo, were unhelpful and prioritized retaining my mother as a client over providing quality service. What's more concerning is that DebtSolutions Co involved a third party without my mother's consent or knowledge, raising serious concerns about their business practices and respect for client confidentiality. As my mother's advocate, I'm appalled by DebtSolutions Co's treatment of her. Their actions demonstrate a clear disregard for vulnerable clients. Advice to others: - Be cautious with financial services companies - Carefully review contracts before signing - Research the company's reputation and reviews - Be aware of potential ****s targeting elderly or vulnerable individuals Recommendation: Consider companies that prioritize transparency, customer satisfaction, and respect for all clients. Better options are available that won't exploit your trust or vulnerability.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Infussion Financial Services. As an elderly woman, I felt taken advantage of by their misleading practices and poor customer service. After signing up for their debt review services, I quickly realized that they omitted crucial information about the disadvantages of debt review. When I tried to cancel their services within a few days of signing up, they refused, citing that I needed to pay R10,000 to cancel, as mentioned by their representative Luvuyo. This demand felt like ******ion, and I'm appalled that they're taking advantage of me because of my age. It's unacceptable that they're preying on vulnerable individuals like myself who may not be as fami**** with financial jargon or may be more trusting. To make matters worse, they've been ignoring my emails and hardly answering my calls. Their customer service is abysmal, and it's clear that they're more interested in holding onto clients than providing quality service. I want to cancel their policy and have my name removed from their debt review client list. However, they're making it incredibly difficult for me to do so. I urge others, especially seniors, to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Infussion Financial Services. Their practices seem designed to trap clients in contracts, rather than providing genuine assistance. Advice to others: Be wary of Infussion Financial Services and carefully review any contracts before signing. Don't fall victim to their misleading practices and poor customer service. If you're a senior or vulnerable individual, consider seeking advice from a trusted financial advisor or family member before making any decisions. Recommendation: Look for alternative financial services that prioritize transparency, customer satisfaction, and respect for all clients, regardless of age or vulnerability.
I have been asking vodacom to know when my contract ends as I believe my contract ended in April but you keep invoicing me. I asked in March as I wanted to pay and cancel future contract but you have not responded to my emails. Now I see am being billed for may and June. Which I can't even use the airtime am billed for because the account is blocked. I spoke to customer care on Twitter and am told to call customer care using a vodacom phone sim, which they blocked. So how the hell am I supposed to contact them because I will not use my airtime. Twitter customer care can send correspondence that I wanted to cancel the contract. Vodacom just wants to **** me further. I refuse to pay for the airtime I ddnt use. I ddnt even use the February, March and April one.
so disappointed and frustrated with Booking.com. I was making a reservation on booking.com and entered my payment details and clicked the final step to secure the accommodation. the payment went through but however the accommodation was not confirmed , instead it said I still had to reserve again as the room I wanted to book disappeared. I contacted their customer center and spoke to Sanja who told me they cannot help me I must contact my bank, I spoke to POLINA M who clearly told me they cannot help me. bare in mind I still needed to do booking for a vacation ,with the money I do not have anymore. They refuse to refund me or reallocate my money to another accomodation. they have no respect for their customers.
I am very irritated with Auto General / Telesure group services I do not owe you any insurance payment as I do not have a policy with you. Your account appears on my credit report. I even complained on my previous review about how you tried to take money from my account without any agreement and any policy.
Am frustrated with a consultant named Tholoana who could not assist me with getting my unauthorized debit order from Auto and general back. FNB has failed me am even considering leaving it. I explained to the consultant that I did not give permission for the debit order but because she's big headed and things she's smart. She would not understand when I said I made a mistake by saying authorized in the first sentence I sent on the banking app. Even though I kept saying it I had not given them permission, or authorized permission for them to debit my account. She just choose to tell me she can't assist me. I am so frustrated with Fnb and their consultants telling us they can't assist us while they promised to protect out monies
