I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, who recently had a distressing experience with Infussion Financial Services. As an elderly woman, she was taken advantage of by their misleading practices and poor customer service.
After signing up for debt review services, my mother quickly realized that she wasn't fully informed about the disadvantages. When she tried to cancel, she was met with resistance and told she needed to pay R10,000. The representative, Luvuyo, was unhelpful and seemed more interested in retaining my mother as a client than providing quality service. On top of that she did not sign any contract with them yet they keep debiting her account every month.
What's even more concerning is that Infussion Financial Services involved a third party without my mother's consent or knowledge. This raises serious concerns about their business practices and respect for client confidentiality.
As my mother's advocate, I'm appalled by Infussion Financial Services' treatment of her. Their actions demonstrate a clear disregard for vulnerable clients, and it's imperative that others are aware of their practices.
Advice to others:
- Be cautious when dealing with financial services companies - Research the company's reputation and reviews - Be aware of potential ****s targeting elderly or vulnerable individuals
Recommendation:
If you're looking for financial services, consider companies that prioritize transparency, customer satisfaction, and respect for all clients. There are better options available that won't take advantage of your trust or vulnerability.
