City Property Deposit Refund
City Property is not responding to my deposit refund request. They finalized my moving out checklist in June. They were waiting to finalize the water and sewage charges for the end of the month. To date I am not receiving any feedback despite my emails. You have to hound them to try and get your deposit back. I am currently at their office on Harrison. Been waiting for a hour to get assistance. It's like they make you wait on purpose. Feedback is important!. This is for Trading Spaces salon 0221

26 Jul 2023, 12:53The people in question are Property Manager: Althea Lotz and Credit controller: Wandile Piliso. I have waited for 2 hours. Althea clearly does not want to see me. Clients have come in and gone. All have been assisted except me. The last time I was here Wandile mentioned that Althea didn't want to see me hence she had sent him.
