I can’t begin to express how I feel with City property, irregardless of the fees I have incurred when staying at castle mansion unit 164 that I paid regardless till this day this company has not updated my credit profile!!! I have even lost count of the calls and emails I had to send for them to fix this, two weeks back they sent me an incorrect paid up letter! Now how can you send a paid up letter who has a different person’s information whom I got no business with or better yet don’t even know them???? 😤😤 CITY PROPERTY IS THE PITS till this day city property says I owe them R1500 for what?? I don’t know because even when they deducted the money from the deposit they still send me countless SMSES and emails, now tell me for a person who’s moved out of their premises for over two months why is my credit profile not updated????? THEY KEEP SAYING A CONSULTANT WILL CONTACT AND THIS WILL BE SORTED BUT STILL I AM SITTING HERE WITH A RED FLAG ON MY NAME!!!!! WHAT DOES THIS COMPANY WANT FROM US??? I PERSONALLY THINK ALL THEIR BUILDINGS MUST BE DESTROYED BECAUSE THEY SUCK AT EVERYTHING AS IT IS I HAVE EXHAUSTED MY OPTIONS

City Property is not responding to my deposit refund request. They finalized my moving out checklist in June. They were waiting to finalize the water and sewage charges for the end of the month. To date I am not receiving any feedback despite my emails. You have to hound them to try and get your deposit back. I am currently at their office on Harrison. Been waiting for a hour to get assistance. It's like they make you wait on purpose. Feedback is important!. This is for Trading Spaces salon 0221

I do not know if this platform has become something that companies just know that when people are bored come to or what but I feel that I should just express myself where I think I will be heard? I chose to move in to a city property building called Lusam mansions early this year and I was so excited because they have this clean and good looking apartments but one thing I did not know is that they are as arrogant as ...!!!! I asked them to move me to a different building (but within their group) that has parking since we recently got a car but they refused saying that they will forfeit our deposit due to breach of contract? I was not asking them to move me just because I "felt" like it, my main reason is that of our safety. imagine coming back at 23h00 and park at a building that is about a KM away from where you stay? Now their resolution is to get me parking(as soon as it is available) at a building a bit closer to us? staying in the JHB CBD is not one of the nicest things to do, we do it for convenience, where is the convenience there? parking at one building then get off to another? and when you ask for assistance all they can think of is ripping us off!!! and one of the managers there has the nerve to keep on sending his stuff to do the dirty work for him/her. he/she cant even handle difficult queries, just hide away with his/her employees! and you come and tell me that you care about your customers? I have recordings on my phone about all these nonsense in case you want to deny! The owners and shareholders must know that arrogance destroys everything on its path, no matter how great you may be!! We will stop using you and see how "great" you'll still be!!!!!!!!!!!

having rented with the company for 7 years the way i am being treated by yvonne is uncalled for unproffecional it started when my parent passed on and upon comming from the funeral i tried making arrangements with her but she is always fighting threatening to take me out now that i changed companies i did went to her and communicated tht my payments days are going tochange ,she was saying i change jobs everytime i tried to show her my contracts from all the companies i moved to but she started shouting at one point i had to come to the office and asked tospeak to another gentleman who managed to help i told her i am gettiing paid tommorow but she sent the building manger to lock the flat ,,,,,i never refuced to pay my rent but the customer service i am getting from her is questionable and becoming personal ,,,she need to learn to talk to people since she is the face of the company i never refused to pay rent
