I had an electrical fault i reported since 25 august 2025 about electricity and paint i exhousted all options i spoke to the site guys and reported to tayron domony the guys has high level of incompitency since august and his excuse is they send u an SMS but to my knowledge no ome send me an sms , how do u send an sms in todays time , he promised me tht someone will come sought the power but its 6 in the evening he takes no accountabity uncouth and very rude , my food has spoiled , its more than 5 month , its sad tht he does not take accountability and the company does not hold him accountable , six month and yoy say they send you an sms and when i asked him to send me the sms tht showed they come he dd not ,its very sad 2026 your excuse is an sms
So I work from capetown and I wanted to move to johanisburg for work I was happy to move to junction 3 one of their property so I had to do all paperwork the problem comes with their credit controller ,Mxolisi Soko the man has no respect on wht business is all about he was threatening after working hours thr was a debit order tht dd not come through becouse how do u send banking details as a company on whatsup are thr no security measures to you employee to behave ..I wi was disgruntled by his behavior it was uncouth and he impersonate as a manager ... he sent me a form to sign which I refused so he had to forge my signature ... my debit order come back today meaning he canceled the deal ... he was very rude ... and as a company working with someone like tht is disrespectful I will not advice anyone to rent with these guys he was calling after hours
I have never encountered such a service not only was the service pathetic but the lady from your sendton branch by the name precious tribalistic lazy and unprofessional....it all started by renting a car with my friends one a doctor in Australia and two friends of mine from New Zealand ....they come for a vacation in south africa so they tried to rent a car ....we rented the car from centurion so we whr advised to get one from your sendton branch upon arrival precious impersonate herself as the manager and cancelled our booking ....we asked the reason why she said there was no car for us when it was already secured she refused to disclose until we phoned the heard office the heard office told us she was not the manager so they asked the manager to give us another car ...smaller we agreed because we had been in convinced so the manager said there was another small car she become emotional and cancelled the deal .....my question is does your company choose which nationality you deal with or tribe and secondly why did she say she was the branch manager and working on her boundaries .... If you are to employ people with such characteristics and business sense your competitors will cripple you like a cancer I am sure she does not stand whr your business ethics stand It's an embarrassment you employ people like her during these dire times our reservation number was 001900002527 under the name craig
To have work ethics like fnb is an insult especially when you are dealing with people's Minnie's it's been almost a month and a half waiting for a call from them pertaining my funds being cashed out at e-toll gates I went four times to the bank and I am being told to wait until the investigation is done nothing is being resolved since I see my money going out almost on daily bases I have faild to pay my rentals becouse all m money deposited into my account is being taken I dnt have an overdraft but money comes out as overdrafts if there is a lawyer who can assist me for fnb has failed they know they have problems blocked cards being used by the tollgates but they are doing nothing if there is someone who is out thr facing the same problem please let me know so we can come together lawfully I cnt see my money going out everyday and be told to wait for a month 0794052195 they never call when u log a complaint the service is so terrible I am facing eviction becouse I I dd not pay my rentals I got promised on this platform and my complain got removed when they actually gldid nothing not even a call to say they are going to assist your service is up to nothing yet we give you our money to safeguard I am facing eviction becouse fnb is doing nothing I need answers I cnt let money go I work hard for my money if there is any lawyer who can help to let me make a lawsuit I need help fnb CN not do nothing about blocked cards used on e-toll gates every morning I wake up knowing two to three hundred is going my ref 20211317385 I have four more ref please follow up u making a grown man miserable
My wallet got stollen last month and I had to go to the bank tht same day to block and get a new card ....a week later money started to go out with tapping so I went back to the bank to complain the contacted the froud department and I got the reference number tht was only R1200 I think now a week letter it's R3800 the thing is how does a card tht is blocked get money out and does tht mean fnb does not have control of our accounts and the fact tht when I went thr they said I should just wait until the froud department do an investigation now it's 4000 rand's when I went the second time to complain the cashier told me to wait until investigation is done the way I am ruined it's so bad I cnt even pay my rentals now because if my pay comes in tomorrow all the money will be gone it's funny people who we give our money to secure are saying we should wait until investigation is one tht will be in 15 to 20 days of my money going I do not hold a card tht takes overdraft but thr is 4000 rand's our
having rented with the company for 7 years the way i am being treated by yvonne is uncalled for unproffecional it started when my parent passed on and upon comming from the funeral i tried making arrangements with her but she is always fighting threatening to take me out now that i changed companies i did went to her and communicated tht my payments days are going tochange ,she was saying i change jobs everytime i tried to show her my contracts from all the companies i moved to but she started shouting at one point i had to come to the office and asked tospeak to another gentleman who managed to help i told her i am gettiing paid tommorow but she sent the building manger to lock the flat ,,,,,i never refuced to pay my rent but the customer service i am getting from her is questionable and becoming personal ,,,she need to learn to talk to people since she is the face of the company i never refused to pay rent
