😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I PLACED AN ORDER WITH SHEIN AND HAD THE ORDER CANCELLED… 12th November I communicated with this logistics stupid company regarding my refund… they said they will refund me 26th of November they asked I send them proof of account and apologised for the inconvenience caused till then I have been making follow ups with them till this DAY NO REFUND THEY GIVE A CALL CENTRE NUMBER WHICH DOES NOT WORK AT ALL…. WHAT IS SHEIN GOING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY????
I AM SOOOO ANNOYED AND ****ED WITH SHEIN… I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM ON THE 2ND OF NOVEMBER RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THEM SAYING THERE IS A DELAY I TOLD THEM I NEED THE ORDER TO BE CANCELLED I EVEN REQUESTED A REFUND FROM IMELI WHICH IS ONE OF THEIR COURIERS THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL REFUND ME WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR THE MONEY I PAID FOR CUSTOMS SINCE I REQUESTED FOR THE PARCEL NOT TO BE SHIPPED NOE SHEIN IS SENDING FROM PILLAR TO POST!!!! It’s DRAINING NO ONE CARES WHATSOEVER ITS THE 20TH TODAY NOTHING TANGIBLE FROM THEM I NEED HELP!!!
IT SEEMS AS YOU GUYS DONT CARE ABOUT CLIENT’s WHATSOEVER… I REQUESTED THE SERVICES TO BE CANCELLED AS PER AGREEMENT WITH SUPPORT.. 1. NO CONNECTION WAS DONE AT MY PROPERTY AND I NEVET YOUR SERVICES, I HAVE REQUESTED FROM THE WORD GO THAT SINCE THE AMOUNT IS INCREASING FROM R450 to R500 I WANT TO CANCEL… NOW MY NAME IS GOING TO BE LISTED BECAUSE WEBAFRICA HAS ATTACHMENT ISSUES…. THE WHATSAPP SERVICE IS USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST 😡😡😡😡. SINDISWA SAID SHE WILL ESCALATE TILL THIS DAY I AM WAITING FOR FEEDBACK WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME SO YOU CAN PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION???? … this was sent on the 3rd Oct as a follow up after a month of requesting the service to be cancelled…. I DID NOT EVEN ONCE USE THE SERVICE … SINDISWA M TOLD ME SHE WILL ESCALATE TILL THIS DAY
To say I am frustrated is an understatement!!! Multichoice does not care about customer service. My account has been suspended even after I made payment on the 31st of August. Cool I used the WhatsApp platform to find out why are my services disconnected they reconnected them on Monday I called and was then advised that my account was in arrears of R52 now my issue is WHY WAS THAT NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME? I called today spoke to Fezeka Hlophe who advised that she will get her manager Noluthando Magwaza to call me back which I did not receive any response from her it’s been 3 hours not only did I wait on the phone for over 45 minutes I am still required to pay R166 to get my services reconnected. Tell me why does multichoice sense of no urgency have to affect my pocket?? I sent two emails to Noluthando and the help desk but non has gotten back to me with tangible answers! I called again and I went through the PE branch, I spoke to one of the Managers Luyanda Godaon who seemed to understand what my issue is but she was not, she advised that R52 was deducted from the 125 I paid but where is the R73??? That was remaining cos now I AM OBLIGED to pay R162??? Why is multichoice charging me so many reconnection fees while they process transactions on my account without any form of communication. She further said she will “ TRY” to get the reconnection fees reversed, now I simply want Multichoice to refund me the remaining balance from the 125 I paid on the 31st and cancel the services… yall are TOXIC AF . Now here’s the interesting part After Luyanda said she will get auth and provide me with feedback? I asked when should I expect feedback from her she said she doesn’t know , I asked for her email address ( for follow up reasons) she told me she cannot give me her email address multichoice doesn’t allow her!!! NICE NEH??? LOOK HOW RED IT IS ON THIS PLATFORM AND FOR THE SAME COMPANY YOUR SERVICES ARE PATHETIC!!!! I AS FOR ME? I WILL NOT PAY R162 RATHER YOU REFUND ME MY BALANCE WE PART WAYS COS YALL ARE TOXIC AND HAVE THE MOST ****Y SERVICE EVER!!!!
I can’t begin to express how I feel with City property, irregardless of the fees I have incurred when staying at castle mansion unit 164 that I paid regardless till this day this company has not updated my credit profile!!! I have even lost count of the calls and emails I had to send for them to fix this, two weeks back they sent me an incorrect paid up letter! Now how can you send a paid up letter who has a different person’s information whom I got no business with or better yet don’t even know them???? 😤😤 CITY PROPERTY IS THE PITS till this day city property says I owe them R1500 for what?? I don’t know because even when they deducted the money from the deposit they still send me countless SMSES and emails, now tell me for a person who’s moved out of their premises for over two months why is my credit profile not updated????? THEY KEEP SAYING A CONSULTANT WILL CONTACT AND THIS WILL BE SORTED BUT STILL I AM SITTING HERE WITH A RED FLAG ON MY NAME!!!!! WHAT DOES THIS COMPANY WANT FROM US??? I PERSONALLY THINK ALL THEIR BUILDINGS MUST BE DESTROYED BECAUSE THEY SUCK AT EVERYTHING AS IT IS I HAVE EXHAUSTED MY OPTIONS
