I can’t begin to express how I feel with City property, irregardless of the fees I have incurred when staying at castle mansion unit 164 that I paid regardless till this day this company has not updated my credit profile!!! I have even lost count of the calls and emails I had to send for them to fix this, two weeks back they sent me an incorrect paid up letter! Now how can you send a paid up letter who has a different person’s information whom I got no business with or better yet don’t even know them???? 😤😤 CITY PROPERTY IS THE PITS till this day city property says I owe them R1500 for what?? I don’t know because even when they deducted the money from the deposit they still send me countless SMSES and emails, now tell me for a person who’s moved out of their premises for over two months why is my credit profile not updated????? THEY KEEP SAYING A CONSULTANT WILL CONTACT AND THIS WILL BE SORTED BUT STILL I AM SITTING HERE WITH A RED FLAG ON MY NAME!!!!! WHAT DOES THIS COMPANY WANT FROM US??? I PERSONALLY THINK ALL THEIR BUILDINGS MUST BE DESTROYED BECAUSE THEY SUCK AT EVERYTHING AS IT IS I HAVE EXHAUSTED MY OPTIONS
