Warning: Experience of ***** and Theft Innovatus Energy Solutions / John de Wet
I am sharing this warning based on both my experience and information from other clients. A formal police case has been registered under Case Number 39/09/2025 regarding *****ulent activities and non-delivery of services by John de Wet, director of Innovatus Energy Solutions. In addition, our new electrician who completed our work confirmed that several of John de Wet’s clients have experienced similar issues, including payments made upfront without work being completed, and poor-quality electrical work that had to be corrected by others — with no compensation provided to those affected. Given this pattern, I strongly advise potential clients to exercise extreme caution or avoid engaging the services of John de Wet or Innovatus Energy Solutions entirely. This warning is intended to inform and protect the public from potential financial and service-related risks, based on official police action and firsthand reports.

Quality workmanship
I had a great experience with the Innovatus Energy solutions team! It is evident that the whole team takes pride in what they do, the quality of their work is phenominal.The team made sure that my solar system checked off all my needs. I am very impressed with the service and products I received from Innovatus and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Innovatus Energy solutions

Not reliable, Empty promises
We had a very negative experience with Innovatus Energy Solutions. Despite multiple promises made by the owner, John de Wet, the company has failed to deliver on their commitments. From empty promises about the initial capital for installation, to asking for incremental payments for various components, our experience with Innovatus Energy Solutions has been one of constant disappointment. The owner even went as far as making a bet that the panels would be installed, but that was yet another empty promise. It is now the 2nd of February 2023 and the panels still have not arrived, despite more promises from the owner. We do not recommend doing business with this company as they are full of empty promises and false commitments. Be cautious and avoid the disappointment we are facing.

Solar and gas instalation
Innovatus Energy solutions were the company we approuched to install our solar and gas stove. From the start no problems. They were on time and complete the solar instalation in 1 day - 13 October they promised to come back to supply the coc and up to date no coc supplied. Always promise to come but no shows at this stage. Then the gas instalation the same problem no coc supplied up to date. How do you you retain your customers with this service. This is an nightmare at this stage as no insurance company will pay me out should somthing happen. What can i do????
