I used in JHB and no even when I move to Middelburg, the service is still great. No issues with delivery and effort is made to source out of stock products I appreciate the effort from the Pet Heaven team. Friendly customer support also. Happy client and happy fur babies, thanks.

I am sharing this warning based on both my experience and information from other clients. A formal police case has been registered under Case Number 39/09/2025 regarding *****ulent activities and non-delivery of services by John de Wet, director of Innovatus Energy Solutions. In addition, our new electrician who completed our work confirmed that several of John de Wet’s clients have experienced similar issues, including payments made upfront without work being completed, and poor-quality electrical work that had to be corrected by others — with no compensation provided to those affected. Given this pattern, I strongly advise potential clients to exercise extreme caution or avoid engaging the services of John de Wet or Innovatus Energy Solutions entirely. This warning is intended to inform and protect the public from potential financial and service-related risks, based on official police action and firsthand reports.
Used them for my gutters years ago and now also for the fascia boards. Very professional company, great communication all the way on what's needed and managing the clients expectations. The team came to site and finished on the same day. Fixed any pain points. Good to know some company's still have professional people. Raymond and his team did a great job.
If I could give negative stars then I would. Trying to move my RA out of here because the service is so awful, returns are terrible, you only here from them every 3 years or when you now want to cancel and move. They are now enforcing some fine print to try and hold onto that RA for 180days before transferring. Don't get ****med by anyone selling anything from Liberty, it's all trash. I have cancelled and moved everything. Worst company for manage anything financial for you. Don't do it. Even the gap cover hardly covers and costs so much then they want to upsell you extra for cancer cover when most others have a decent cover for this. Disgusting to look at milking money if someone gets such a horrible disease.
I am usually assited by Erica, she is so helpful and so kind when my furbaby passed. My claims have always been processed in good time and I have never had any hassles. Struggle enough with the vets glad dotsure is at least easy.
This company is not setup properly for offering online orders. The e-mails on the site do not work. You dont get any mail confirmation or anything once you place your order. You are basically in the dark unless you keep phoning to follow up on your order. They dont reach out at all, you are left wondering if its a legit company at all. There's also some incorrect items delivered but then no plan to correct it. The pictures on the boxes are not what's in the boxes also. It looks completely different, like the nuggets they are not crumbed at all they look like grey *****.
I am very happy with dotsure for my pet medical insurance. I had depeleted my credit card to pay emergency vet bills in the late night, the next week my claim was processed on the same day by Emihle Klaas. Such efficient service.
Been finding lots of green bean stalks and other hard stalky plant bits in the stir fry recently. I know it was one or two but last few times I was getting these with every mouthfull. Not a nice experience at all while you're eating. Seems quality control is non-existent at Mcain these days. I've stopped buying will be switching to other frozen veg brands, don't have problems with Natures Garden or Harvest time.
Even 1 star rating feels like too much. Every month I have to argue with these people calculating tiering points incorrectly. They saying I do not meet minimum monthly deposit and have now lowered my tier as a result. All my banking is with Standard Bank and my salary is deposited into this account. After seeing all the complaints on here about ucount issues and poor service I wonder why I even bother. Should just move to E-bucks but before I do I will be reporting this matter to the ombudsman, the maladministration of the ucounts rewards program should not be allowed to go on like this it's corrupt. I urge anyone else having issues to do the same.
