STAY AWAY from NISSAN NIGEL (AUTOCITY)!!!! I went to view a vehicle on 22/06/2024, I went with the vehicle I wanted to trade in so that they could give me a trade-in value. Andre gave me a trade-in value for my vehicle. Upon viewing, I asked Andre if he had the Service book, warranty book and the spare keys for the new vehicle, he stated that it was in the safe and he would collect it once I sign for the vehicle. I asked Andre if the vehicle was resprayed and he clearly said no, no body was done on the vehicle. Only to see that the right hand side was resprayed completely and the bonnet had hail damage. The rear light had a crack and Andre told me it would get replaced and that the driver at Nissan bumped it but ironically enough, it was on the same side that was resprayed. Before I completed the pre-approval papers, I stated that I only want smash and grab tint added, NO OTHER EXTRAS. After completing the pre-approval, the F&I only gave me one quote from one bank (obviously the one where they got the highest commission from). When I received the OTP later that day, there were additional extras added and a R6,000 delivery fee, but I went to fetch the vehicle. When I asked the sales rep (Andre) to remove the additional extras he rudely rep**** that it is not possible. Andre said that the R6,000 delivery fee was for the people who check that the vehicle is accident free etc. (the vehicle was resprayed, another lie) The vehicle was ready in 2 hours (which was weird because smash and grab tint normally takes a day or so to install at other trusted dealers). When I arrived back at the dealership to finally sign for the vehicle, Andre informed me that the smash and grab was done when the vehicle arrived at the dealership a month ago (but I had to pay extra for it) and the additional extras Andre "could not" remove was also done on 2024/06/12 according to the sticker on the window (which I also had to pay extra for). I signed the papers for the vehicle and it clearly stated the amount that they would pay me for my trade in vehicle. Shortly after I signed, Andre walked up to me and informed that the service book,warranty book and spare keys are gone and that he would order them (service book will not have any stamps so what is the point). I got into the vehicle and drove off only to get a phone call from Andre to tell me that there was a problem with the vehicle I traded in and that they would need to add R10,000 on to the new car's financed amount or we can simply cancel the "deal" and I receive my old vehicle back. I asked to cancel the deal. When I arrived at Nissan Nigel the next morning to pick up my old vehicle Andre asked me to speak to their manager, I agreed. The manager first asked me to drive with him in my old vehicle so I could hear the damage. I said no and that I wanted the deal canceled. He then said that we could keep everything as it was so I could keep the new vehicle. Andre looked at the vehicle the day before and gave me a price for it now he suddenly want to change the value? They have all sorts of tricks and lies. I have all the whatsapp messages with Andre and would be happy to share them.
Disrespectful staff. I kept on getting messages about someone else's debt. When I called to tell them they got the wrong number an arrogant Keanu picked up and dropped the phone while I was still speaking to him . You inconvenienced me by sending other peoples stuff to me not the other way around. What happened to the POPIA act aswell, I got so much personal information from someone that I don't even know due to your messages
Money takers, when you enter/redeem a bonus you need to read through all the hidden terms and conditions very carefully to be able to get your money. The process that you need to follow to withdraw your bonus money is hidden deep down in the terms and conditions. The agent aswell are also not able to inform you this, they only inform you once the money has expired after 15 days. Betway is much better
Random transactions happening on my account that does not reflect in my transaction history. When I open a sell order for the unknown share that was bought it states that there is a technical glitch. They do not reply on email. My advice take your money elsewhere
User status locked. Entered all my credentials correct and saw that my account was blocked. Been trying to contact Mobicred for a week now. Whatsapp,email, phone call and Facebook yet I still have no answer or any feedback whatsoever
My order never went through to the store and I requested a refund. After many calls between the Potchefstroom branch and head office I've still not been helped. The branch is not responding anymore and Elija from head office keeps on making empty promises that he would get back to me.
User status locked all of a sudden. My account is paid up to date so I do not understand why this is happening. I tried to contact them via telephone, Facebook, whatsapp and email but still no response. I do not understand why I pay a monthly fee if I can't use the account and I get NO SERVICE at all. Useless service
My credit account has been hacked and payments has been made to US based companies. I did not get any message to authorize any of the payments made on my account.(I've never used my card online to purchase anything only in store, my card was with me 24/7 aswell)When I called the 24h ***** help line an arrogant lady that was not in the mood to help answered the phone and told me that the only thing I can do is block my card and that I would net get the money back Imagine trusting your hard earned money in a bank where it can dissappear in a matter of seconds.
