No service and No plan to finish their projects

We bought a house in Tanglewood estate and I am absolutely disgusted and dissapointed with the lack of service you offer. You are quick to sell a house but no where to be found once you have your money. Blame gets shifted and we just have to accept the fact that  you are "just not getting to it". It was a continious struggle finally get the house done, and we were fine with the fact that it was 4 months later than the date agreed upon, but the amount of time it takes for you to complete the smaller projects and snags you could not manage to finish  with the house is unacceptable.. Not even mentioning the fact that our calls get ignored or that the people dealing with (one they do answer) keep giving dates not met...

With the amount of complaints regarding poor service and substandard building I have seen today, this complaint will probably go unnoticed and I think the only way to get you attention is probably to take to the media
