No service and No plan to finish their projects
We bought a house in Tanglewood estate and I am absolutely disgusted and dissapointed with the lack of service you offer. You are quick to sell a house but no where to be found once you have your money. Blame gets shifted and we just have to accept the fact that you are "just not getting to it". It was a continious struggle finally get the house done, and we were fine with the fact that it was 4 months later than the date agreed upon, but the amount of time it takes for you to complete the smaller projects and snags you could not manage to finish with the house is unacceptable.. Not even mentioning the fact that our calls get ignored or that the people dealing with (one they do answer) keep giving dates not met... With the amount of complaints regarding poor service and substandard building I have seen today, this complaint will probably go unnoticed and I think the only way to get you attention is probably to take to the media

Vodacom fibre
What a dissapointment! We applied for a relocation fibre installation on the 14th of November. We were advised that this can take up to 30 days. We are now on the 6th of Jan and no luck. You have also confirmed that the fibre is live in the relocated area. We are paying for a service we can not use and this is actually now becoming an unnecessary cost. Airtime expenses of having to phone every second day, LTE data from a different service provider plus our monthly fiber bill is unacceptable. After multiple calls and each consultant having a different story, the same answer comes through - "you are sending an email and someone will be in contact". This is the most frustrating part. An interim router was requested, however the same answer of "someone will get back to us" stays It'a extremely dissapointing and frustrating how you jump to help when it's a new customer, but when it's a already paying customer the service is nowhere... As one of the largest mobile and fibre companies, I really hope that this matter will be taken seriously and not be ignored. As to date no one has contacted us.
