Extremely poor service

We ordered a large custom made table(4.8 x 1.2), The service was not that bad until the final payment has been made, then it went downhill.

The table arrived and was to long to only have 2 feet, it needed a centre leg, when speaking to the owner he mentioned that he noticed the problem in the workshop but assumed it will sort itself out

He then offered to make and send an additional foot piece that we must then just ***** onto the table, it has now been nearly 3 weeks and no foot, and the table just keeps sagging in the middle.

The other issue was that the chipped a piece of the top off in transit and when they were assembling the table at our premises they used the wrong *****s and *****ed them straight through the top.

I find the service verry unprofessional and would not encourage anyone to spend money here.
