We ordered a large custom made table(4.8 x 1.2), The service was not that bad until the final payment has been made, then it went downhill. The table arrived and was to long to only have 2 feet, it needed a centre leg, when speaking to the owner he mentioned that he noticed the problem in the workshop but assumed it will sort itself out He then offered to make and send an additional foot piece that we must then just ***** onto the table, it has now been nearly 3 weeks and no foot, and the table just keeps sagging in the middle. The other issue was that the chipped a piece of the top off in transit and when they were assembling the table at our premises they used the wrong *****s and *****ed them straight through the top. I find the service verry unprofessional and would not encourage anyone to spend money here.
The service from Orbit was perfect the only complaint i had was with the courier service used, The Courier Guy in Nelspruit is horrible
This was the best purchase i have ever made! I ordered my mattress from Sloom during lockdown in 2020, the bed arrived within 7 days and ever since i have been absolutely in love with it! It has been 2 years now and the mattress is still absolutely perfect, I am not a small person and this thing does not sag at all!
I had a month to month Telkom Lte account, when I could not afford the service anymore, I phoned and canceled the service, however a month later the service was not yet canceled, the next month I then reversed the debit order and my service was suspended. However Telkom still kept charging me every month for a service i did not receive. now i have been handed over! how is this legal if i had a month to month contract.
When i try to apply for an overdraft or a revolving loan with FNB they state that is has been declined due to a default judgement against my name on Trans Union. I Applied for a credit report with Trans Union and paid the fee and there are no Judgments against my name. I tried to call FNB but they just transfer you from one call center to the next. so could you please inform me as to where the hell this judgement is so i can get it sorted.
I wanted to get an Insurance policy with King Price, but before the commencement date of the policy I decided to stay with my current insurer. as the difference in price was not that significant. I phoned king Price and asked them to cancel the policy and after 15 minutes of trying to retain my business they said its fine they will cancel my policy and send me the cancellation letter. Can you guess what happened at the end of that month? THEY TOOK THE DAMN DEBIT ORDER!!! I phoned them again and they informed me that the policy was still active, I informed them about the previous call I have placed to cancel the policy. They apologized and told me they will cancel the policy, refund me and send me the cancellation letter At this stage I was a bit upset with their way of doing business, but in the back of my head I was still considering to move my insurance to them at a later stage. Then at the end of that month, can you guess what they did for a second time? THEY TOOK THE DAMN DEBIT ORDER AGAIN!!! Now this time there was insufficient funds in the account to process the debit order. that means i was slapped with a R100 bank charge from my bank! Then after that they went and made a demand deposit out of my account for R271.31!! what the hell was this for?? Kinp price??? More like King Thieves!!! I want the policy canceled and I want the money refunded into my account including the R100 bank fee that they caused me to pay due to their incompetence and pathetic client service!
I bought a pair of shoes from Mr Price in Riverside Mall Nelspruit. There was a tear in one of them and i took them back to Mr Price in Illanga Mall in Nelspruit. they refunded me for the shoes without any problem as they did not have another one in my size. Then 2 weeks late i walk into Mr Price in Illanga Mall and see they have a pair in my size, i was in a hurry so i grabbed them and paid and left. Only to discover the next morning that i bought (of the shelve) exactly the same pair that i previously returned. Who does this? why do you put stock on the shelves if you know it is damaged!!! This is unacceptable, now i need to go and exchange the same ****** pair of shoes for the second time!!! unacceptable!!!
Last night we visited John Dories Nelspruit for their half price sushi special. we sat down at 18:30 and ordered drinks, by 19:15 we ordered our food. We were a group of 12 people with separate bills. During the night we kept asking when our food will arrive, the hot meals from the kitchen arrived including my order sweet chili hake nuggets we did not get sushi sticks and the people with hot meals did not get forks the had to use the ones that were brought with the bucket of ice. By 21:25 we still have not received some of our sushi, I haven't received any of my sushi then when i asked them to remove the sushi from my bill as i wanted to pay for what i had eaten and leave, they suddenly brought our sushi. The sushi was poorly made and even the prawn avalanches had no caviar on them, it was poorly presented and did not look appetizing. This was the worst service i have ever received from any restaurant and I will in future rather drive to Maputu and catch the fish myself, then i might actual get food before 21:30 ...
I wrote a previous review about a judgement that FNB never removed from my credit score. FNB then went and removed the judgement from XDS. I do appreciate that. but i tried applying for credit and was informed that there was still a judgement against my name, I then did an inquiry with Trans Union and found out that the judgement was never removed from their system. I would appreciate if you can assist me in this matter.
I applied for 4 meg ADSL line with Telkom on a 24 month contract, after my 1st month i decided the line was to slow. I phoned telkom and they informed me that i can upgrade my line at any stage, at this point i asked them to please upgrade me to a 10meg line. This included a free TV100 Media Box. When i received my bill for November, it was R5312.23 where my bill should only have been R982.75. I phone Telkom immediately the next morning to log a dispute as I do not have an extra 4300 in my monthly budget to just pay to Telkom for nothing. They informed me that the dispute will take 14 working days, this is fine as my bill is only due on the 4th of December. the told me the credits will only be granted on my next invoice and that i now need to pay the full R5312.23 or they will disconnect my line in December!!! I agreed to pay the R982.75, but they informed me the line will still be disconnected as it will be in arrears, How can i be in arrears for fictitious charges they wrongfully placed on my account? This is my second moth with Telkom so we are not off to a good start... I enjoy my internet and don't mind paying for the service but i cant afford to pay R4300 more for their mistake, and now i will have to sit without internet until the next billing period when they can credit my account. this is absurd!!!
