Never buy a car from these thieves. They will sell you a broken car and after months of repairs, money, and without a vehicle, they turn around and blame you! You will lose your money, time, and peace! Jaco Kruger is the worst person to deal with. He is unprofessional, unethical and when he doesn't want to deal with the situation he ignores you.!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jaco Kruger is just a second-hand car dealer with no morals!

I purchased a vehicle from Inspector Car Zambezi, Wonderboom. The salesman's name is Wouter Heijmans. The dealership did not discuss with me that i have to do my own license and number plates. I took delivery of the car 18/12/2017. The car was only registered in January 2018. I received the registration from the dealership, but no road worthy pass. I did not understand that they did not do the license and number plates as well.( this was not discussed) So I did the license and number plates and the bill came out to R1500. I have been contacting the dealership and salesman since then and I have not received feedback with regards to the penalty being so big on the car. Wouter insisted that the penalty was on my name, and I kept explaining that if there was a penalty on my name the license I would not be able to get my license disc. It has come to a situation now where he completely ignores my messages and calls. Every time I phone the dealer the manager is not available. I would like a full reimbur*****t for the headaches and trouble I have had to go through just to get my license and number plates sorted out. This is unacceptable service. If I do not get my full reimbur*****t of R1500. As per the CPA I dont have the car a full 3 months, I am returning the car and purchasing another vehicle. I have never been so insulted in my life. I am 35 years and have been treated like a 12 year old. I feel very prejudiced, is it because I am female and an Indian, so it is assumed that I do not know anything. And to top it all, the car was advertised for R234 000, the total I am paying is R270 000, and they did not even do my license and number plates. I have a 2013 year model Audi A3 TFSI Sportback, with 108 000km on the clock. Has inspector car sold me a car with making more than 10% commission? Well Ombudsman here I come if this is not sorted out in the next 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I traded my 2014 merc in at the dealership, the owner Deric with the sales rep Ruan had a look at my vehicle to establish a trade in value, i did bring to there attention that the front bumper has a crack and the rear bumper is a replacement as i drove into another vehicle, i did mention that i wanted to have the rear bumper fixed in the future, the impression that was created was that the vehicle will be taken as it is for the trade in for a specific value, Deric said the bumper will have to be repaired and the vehicle will require new tires so he cant offer me more. I agreed to the value and the trade in was processed, on the annotation document of the assessment of the vehicle it was written that the bumper is not in its original state, i asked Ruan if they will take my vehicle as is he said either way the owner will give me the trade in value, this morning Deric phones me to confirm when my bumper will be fixed as he noticed only this morning that it has not been fixed, now it has become my responsibility to have it repaired, i requested my purchase to be cancelled. I want my old vehicle back and i would not recommend this particular branch as the owner will change any agreement's.

i bought a second hand vw amarok from inspect a car zambezi. First of all they promised that they would deliver the car to me ( wich is one of the reasons that i purchased the car as i live 200 km + from them). When i called them and found out that my car had been approved they said they cant deliver anymore i have to come and fetch it, and so i did. They had known for two days that i was coming to collect the car the Saterday, on arrival they did not have the spare key, which they promised to have delivered to me the next week, it is now two weeks later now they say must go and collect it myself. I told the sales person that i was going on holiday and i need the license disc and number plates before i go, he told me that he would register my car in Gauteng and have the papers delivered in Limpopo before i go on holiday. Before i left for holiday i phoned the sales person yet again asking for my papers, his answer to me was " you can drive like that you will be home from holiday before your temp license expires" .Yet a nother promise was broken as i have been on holiday and returned home. My temp license plate has expired now traffic officers have warned me not to drive that car in town. I told the sales person that the one spotlight did not work on the car, he told me to have it replaced and send him the invoice they would refund me. Another promise broken as i have not recieved payment. So i phoned the sales person today and asked him yet again about the papers and license plate of the car, now he says that i should go and pay the license and he will refund me! Now how the hell do i trust what i am told ? So i bought a R300000 car to stand at home cause we cant drive it in town due to traffic cops! Please can somebody do something about this cause i dont think anybody should get treated this way!

My sister was sold a car and almost 6 months later they still have not received the Natis. They are not honest and only received the paid up letter from Wesbank in March 2016, but the car was sold in December 2015 in a cash deal? No Natis was given and almost 6 months later they are told to be reasonable and wait?? Really? The sale has grounds to be cancelled since the sale was based on misinformation to the client? They lied to get a sale. Terrible terrible service,
